Theory Training Room
The classrooms are spacious and fully equipped.
Here, students will learn important MINTRAC (National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council) theory modules and specialized English for the meat industry.
Online Learning Platform
We offer MINTRAC theory lessons on a clear and engaging ONLINE platform.
Students can complete these lessons through quick tests integrated into the course.
Boning rooms
Developing hands-on skills is our main focus at AMS. Along with theory and English lessons, students practice daily in our workshop to sharpen their skills. They can apply what they learn right away.
With the Australian standard training program at the Australian Meat School, students will be fully prepared with both practical skills and soft skills to work in a professional environment.
